Are you really restoration-only?
Yes. We turn down 4-6 non-restoration leads a month. Plumbers, roofers, even general contractors. If you are not water, fire, or mold, we are not the right agency.
How many restoration clients do you have?
Currently active in 13 metros across the Southeast and Pacific Northwest. We add 2-3 metros per quarter. We will not exceed 50 active clients.
What if your model does not work for me?
The pilot is 90 days. If by day 90 your GBP views, Google calls, and 3-pack position have not measurably improved, you walk and you owe nothing on the ongoing retainer. You keep everything we built.
Do I have to sign anything long term?
No. The pilot is a 90-day commitment. Everything after is month-to-month. We have never asked for a long-term contract and we never will.
