"PacWest" refers to PacWest Digital, a service founded and operated by Kemar Lawrence, based in Bellingham, Washington, providing local search infrastructure and Google acquisition systems for independent restoration companies in the United States.

2. Information You Submit

When you fill out the Check My Market form, we collect the information you provide:

• Your company name
• Your city and state
• Your phone number
• Your email address (optional)
• Your website URL (optional)
• The primary service you're interested in

We collect this information for one purpose: to evaluate whether your market is available and to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or rent this information.

3. Information We Collect Automatically

When you submit a form, we record:

• Your IP address, used only for spam prevention (rate limiting to stop bots from flooding the form)
• A timestamp of your submission

When you browse the site, our analytics provider (PostHog) may record anonymized session data, including pages viewed, clicks, scroll depth, and approximate location based on IP. This helps us understand which pages are useful and which need improvement. Session recordings exclude form fields and sensitive content where possible.

4. Cookies

This site uses minimal cookies. Our analytics provider may set cookies to identify returning visitors anonymously and to maintain session state. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing access to any feature of the site.

5. Where Your Data Is Stored

• Form submissions: stored in our private database, accessible only to authorized PacWest team members (specifically Kemar Lawrence) via an authenticated admin panel.
• Email notifications: delivered through Resend, a transactional email provider, which transmits the submission content to our company inbox. Resend's own privacy practices apply to its handling of the email in transit.
• Analytics data: processed by PostHog, our product analytics provider.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or data brokers.

6. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiry within our promised response window
• To evaluate whether your market is available for our services
• To follow up on engagements you've initiated
• To improve the website and our service based on aggregate analytics
• To prevent abuse of our forms and infrastructure

We will never use your information to send unsolicited marketing emails to lists of other restoration companies.

We only share your information with the service providers that help us operate the site:

• Resend (email delivery)
• PostHog (anonymous analytics)
• Our hosting provider (to run the website)

8. How Long We Keep Your Information

Form submissions are retained for as long as the inquiry remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward to maintain a record of communications. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so within thirty (30) days unless we are required by law to retain it.

• Request correction of any information that's inaccurate
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of analytics (use your browser's "Do Not Track" setting or block analytics cookies)

PacWest's services are directed at business owners. This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and authenticated, code-gated access to our admin tools. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data with the same care we'd want for our own.

12. International Users

PacWest is based in the United States. If you submit information from outside the United States, you understand and consent to your information being processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
