Market Exclusivity
Exclusive Restoration Marketing — One Company Per Market
We work with one restoration company per metro. Once your market is taken, every competitor in your city is locked out. Your Google calls stop being a bidding war.

Shared leads are why your phone rings 4 times before you can quote.
Angi sells the same water damage lead to you, your two biggest competitors, and the SERVPRO franchise.
By the time you call, the homeowner has talked to three vans already.
You are not behind on speed. You are behind by design.
What you get every month.
Six deliverables that compound. None of them require your time.
We turn down your competitors
Once you sign, every other water, fire, and mold company in your metro hears 'sorry, that city is taken.' We do not stack clients in the same market.
Geographic protection by metro
Lock is by metro area, not zip code. Charleston SC means greater Charleston, not just 29401.
Quarterly competitive lockout review
We re-confirm the lock every 90 days. If a competitor approaches us, they get a no — and we tell you which company it was.
Single-thread Google Maps strategy
Every GBP post, every backlink, every review push is built to put YOUR profile in the 3-pack — not split between three clients.
Right of first refusal on adjacent metros
If you want to add a neighboring metro later, you get first crack before we open it to anyone else.
How the 90-day pilot works.
Three phases. Predictable cadence. You stay out of it after week 2.
1
Day 1: Market check
You submit your metro. We verify it is open in our roster. 87% of metros are still open. If yours is taken, we tell you on day 1 — no waiting.
2
Day 1-90: Pilot starts
Once your metro is locked, the 90-day pilot begins. $2,500/month. Full Google visibility build. No long-term contract.
3
Day 91+: Month-to-month at $5,000
After the pilot, ongoing service is month-to-month. Cancel any time. The exclusivity lock stays in place as long as you are paying.

Frequently asked.
How many metros are still open?
About 87% of US metros as of February 2026. The 13% closed are mostly the Southeast (Charleston, Charlotte, Atlanta, Tampa, Orlando, Nashville). Check yours — takes 15 minutes.
What happens if my competitor signs up before me?
Their metro lock starts the day they sign. You are out of luck on that metro until they leave us. We do not break locks for higher bids.
Can I lock more than one metro?
Yes. We have clients running 2-3 adjacent metros. Each metro is a separate lock and a separate retainer.
How big is a 'metro'?
Roughly the Google-defined metropolitan statistical area. We treat it as the cities your trucks actually serve in 60 minutes drive time. We confirm the boundary on day 1.
